Can I only enquire online?
Whilst you can enquire online, we are always happy to take a call to make sure the products you have chosen are right for you. We will accept enquiries over the telephone and/or via email. Our preferred method is to speak to you and advise on products, quantities, set ups and delivery options.
How do I pay for my order?
If you are an existing customer with a credit account with ourselves, then your order can be placed on this account. If you are a new customer, Glue will ask you to complete a credit application form and submit this for consideration. You will receive notification within 72 hours. Should the order be urgent, or a credit account not be possible to open, Glue request proforma payment in full before commencing with any order(s).
Can my order be amended once submitted?
Depending on if the order is in production or not, we may be able to amend certain elements, although this is not guaranteed. Any amendments made are at Glue's discretion, and additional charges may be applicable. Should this be the case we would ascertain prior approval before proceeding. At all times we endeavour to process your order as efficiently and effectively as possible.
How long will my order take?
This depends upon the items ordered and origin of supply. However, on average we generally deliver orders within three weeks of approved artwork. We have an express range which usually take five working days from artwork approval.
Please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an indicative delivery date which will be confirmed once the order is in full production.
What if my order is incorrect / there is a fault with a product when received?
